A firm price before we produce

How much does custom teamwear cost?

There is no price list because no two kits are the same. But the rules are clear — here is what moves the number up and down, and with your figures we come back with a firm proposal.

What moves the price

Quantity

How many pieces

The single biggest factor. The first teamwear order is 10 pieces, and the price per piece falls as the number rises — kitting the whole club at once is always cheaper than squad by squad.

Pieces

Which pieces you order

A match kit (shirt, shorts and socks) does not cost the same as a full kit with tracksuit, jacket and bag. You order only what you need: we do not sell fixed bundles.

Finish

Fabric and personalisation

The technical fabric, goalkeeper kit, the number of sponsors and per-player names fine-tune the final figure. The number of colours in the design does not.

What you know before you decide

A firm quote before production

The proposal carries the price per piece, the total and the lead time. Nothing goes into production without your approval.

No cost per colour

We produce by full sublimation: a two-colour design and one with a gradient and six sponsors cost the same.

Priced per piece, not per bundle

Order 14 shirts and 11 pairs of shorts if that is what you need. The 10-piece minimum is a total, not a per-item rule.

Top-ups through the season

After the first order we make single pieces — a new signing, an extra size, a new goalkeeper — without going back to the 10-piece minimum.

Made in Portugal

No importing, and no lead time hostage to a shipping container. What we agree is what we produce.

VAT always stated

Prices aimed at clubs and professionals are stated without VAT, with that express mention; the final total is in the proposal.

How you get to your number

01

An estimate in the Simulator

Pick the pieces and the quantities and see an estimate in minutes, without talking to anyone.

02

Request a quote

Tell us the squads, the quantities and whatever you already have designed. The more concrete it is, the firmer the price.

03

A proposal with price and lead time

You get the price per piece, the total and the production lead time. It is a proposal, not a guess.

04

You approve with a link

You approve the proposal through a link, with no paperwork. Only then does production start.

The one price we do publish

DTF from €6.50/m² + VAT

It is the only fixed price we publish, because it is the only one that does not depend on the design: DTF printing by the square metre, at wholesale rates. For teamwear the figure always depends on quantity and pieces — the first order is 10 pieces and production takes 2 to 4 weeks. For your own number, open the Simulator or request a quote.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Why is there no price list?

Because the figure depends on how many pieces we make, which pieces they are and how they are personalised. A price list would either be so high it served nobody, or promise a number we could not hold. We would rather give you a firm quote than a "from" price that changes at the end.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The first teamwear order is 10 pieces. After that we produce single pieces, as the club needs them.

How long does production take?

Between 2 and 4 weeks from mockup approval, up to 6 in peak periods. The real lead time is written into the proposal.

Do the prices include VAT?

Prices aimed at clubs and professionals are stated without VAT, with that express mention. For consumers, the final price including VAT is confirmed in the proposal.

Do more colours in the design cost more?

No. We produce by full sublimation, where the number of colours does not change the cost — gradients, patterns and sponsors are all in the same price.

Is it worth putting every squad in the same order?

It is. It is the cheapest way to kit a club: the price per piece falls with quantity and every squad ends up with the same identity in a single design.

Want the number for your club?

Tell us the pieces, the squads and the quantities. We reply with the price per piece, the total and the lead time.
