Full sublimation for custom teamwear
In sublimation the colour goes into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. No colour limit, no raised print, no cracking — we design and make the whole kit in Portugal.
Who it is for
Clubs and associations
Match, training and travel kit carrying the crest, the colours and the sponsors — from the youngest squad to the seniors.
Schools and school sport
Shirts, bibs and tracksuits for school teams, with the school badge and real children’s sizing.
Companies and events
Races, tournaments and corporate teams: bib numbers and sponsors printed into the design, not stuck on top of it.
Why sublimation
The colour goes into the fibre
The ink turns to gas and bonds inside the polyester. There is no layer on top: you cannot feel the print and it cannot peel.
No colour limit
Gradients, patterns and every sponsor in the same design — with no extra cost per colour, unlike screen printing.
It does not crack or fade
It survives a full season of washing. That is why last season’s kit is still good enough to train in.
Free design, piece by piece
Colour runs into the collar, the cuff and the side seam. Player names and numbers cost no extra production work.
Light and breathable
Technical polyester fabrics, without the layer of ink that traps heat. Built to play in, not just to wear.
Our own factory, real lead times
We print, transfer and sew in-house. Production in 2 to 4 weeks, with the lead time written into the proposal.
How it works
You talk to us
Tell us the pieces, the squads and the quantities. If you have no design yet, we start from one of our models.
A mockup to approve
You get the design applied to the garment, digitally. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
Printing and transfer
The design is printed onto sublimation paper and transferred to the fabric with heat and pressure — this is where the colour enters the fibre.
Sewing and delivery
We cut, sew and check every piece. Delivered sorted by squad and by size.
What it costs
No extra cost per colour
With sublimation the price does not rise with the number of colours: a two-colour design and one with a gradient and six sponsors cost the same. What moves the price is quantity, which pieces you order and the fabric — and the first teamwear order is 10 pieces.
Frequently asked questions about sublimation
Does sublimation survive washing?
It does. Because the ink sits inside the fibre rather than on top of it, there is no layer to crack or peel. Washed inside out, the kit reaches the end of the season with the same colour.
Can I have gradients, patterns or images on the kit?
You can. Sublimation prints like a photo printer: gradients, halftones, patterns and images go into the design at no cost per colour.
What is the difference between sublimation and DTF?
Sublimation dyes the fabric and works on polyester — that is what we use for teamwear. DTF lays a film on top of the fabric, works on cotton and on dark colours, and is what we use for supporter t-shirts, scarves and merchandise.
Does sublimation work on cotton?
No. Sublimation ink only bonds to polyester. For cotton — t-shirts, bags, merchandise — DTF is the right technique.
Can every player have a different name and number?
Yes. Each piece is printed individually, so each player’s name and number goes into the design with no setup cost.
How long does a sublimated kit take?
Between 2 and 4 weeks from mockup approval, up to 6 at pre-season peaks. The real lead time is written into the proposal.
Shall we design your club’s kit?
Tell us the pieces, the squads and the quantities. We reply with a mockup, a price and a lead time.
