How it works with a school
The teacher’s request
An email reaches us with the sports, the age groups, the sizes and the quantities. No design needed.
Mockup and proposal
We send the mockup with the school badge and a proposal with price per piece, total, lead time and validity.
Authorising the spend
The school approves the proposal through the link or through its own channels. Only then do we produce.
Production and delivery
We deliver to the school, sorted by team and by size.
What it costs
It depends on sizes and quantities
The first order is 10 pieces and the price per piece falls with quantity — putting every school team in the same order is what brings the figure down most. A PE bib and a full school-sport kit are not on the same price scale.
Frequently asked questions from schools
Do you invoice the school directly?
Yes. We invoice the school with the description and details the finance office needs. If the process requires a specific format or platform, tell us which and we handle it.
Is the proposal enough to authorise the spend?
It is. We send the price per piece, the total, the production lead time and the validity of the proposal in writing — the document the school attaches to the authorisation request.
Do you have sizes for younger pupils?
We have 4A to 16A in children’s sizes, plus XS to 4XL in adult, and you can mix children’s and adult sizes in the same order.
How far ahead should we order?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production after mockup approval, plus a week or two for the design and for collecting sizes. July and September are the busiest months.
Can we carry the school badge and the town council logo?
You can. Sublimation charges nothing per colour or per logo — the school badge, the council logo and a local sponsor all fit in the same design.
What if a size is missing halfway through the year?
We make single pieces after the first order, without going back to the 10-piece minimum.
