Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 July 2026.
1. Purpose and identification
These terms govern the use of play-equipamentos.pt, the Simulator (simulador.play-equipamentos.pt) and requests made through them. By using the site, you accept these terms.
The site is operated by Timóteo & Vinagreiro, Lda. (VAT PT515638730), owner of the brand “Play — Equipamentos Desportivos”, with registered office at Rua das Andorinhas, 4, Centro Empresarial dos Fornos, Armazém B3, 2860-122 Alhos Vedros, Portugal. Contact: geral@play-equipamentos.pt · +351 919 862 643.
2. Quotes, proposals and custom orders
A quote request is not an order: we prepare a proposal and confirm the mock-up with you before producing. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
The minimum teamwear order is 10 pieces. Production usually takes 2 to 4 weeks (up to 6 in peak periods), as stated in the proposal.
Proposals can be approved online through a personal link sent by email. Approval through that link counts as acceptance of the proposal and its quote; whoever approves declares they have authority to represent the club or organisation.
3. Clubs and organisations (B2B)
Supplying kit to clubs, associations and companies is a business-to-business relationship, governed by the approved proposal and these terms. Consumer law (including the right of withdrawal) applies only to consumer purchases in the Fan Store.
4. Fan Store — orders, prices and payment
Fan Store orders are confirmed by contact (email or phone), where we arrange payment and delivery. There is currently no online payment on the site; when it becomes available, these terms will be updated.
Fan Store prices include VAT at the legal rate in force (23%). Shipping costs are communicated before the order is confirmed.
Prices for services aimed at professionals (e.g. DTF printing “from €6.50/m² + VAT”) are stated without VAT, with that express mention; for consumers, the final price including VAT is confirmed in the proposal.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the site and the Simulator (text, images, design) is Play’s property. Crests, brands and sponsors provided by clients remain the property of their owners, who warrant they are entitled to use them and authorise us to use them to prepare the proposal and produce the order.
6. Use of the site and the Simulator
Your Simulator account is personal. You agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts in case of abuse.
7. Governing law, complaints and ADR
Portuguese law applies. The electronic Complaints Book is available at livroreclamacoes.pt.
In consumer disputes you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, namely CNIACC — the Portuguese national centre for consumer dispute information and arbitration (cniacc.pt). The full list of ADR bodies is available at consumidor.gov.pt.
